This week's video features a song we were inspired to write after a woman called for dulcimer lessons this week. Her story made us want to do more for her than just teaching her how to play hammer dulcimer. She needs the truth of redemtion that only Jesus can bring. We all do.
Lyrics are under the video.
All Things New
Could you teach me to play it?
She asked on a wire
Stretched between here and Wisconsin.
She had seen me playin'
And wanted to try
But was sure that she would fail
The farther we talked
Her sorrow came so close
Now 34 years of life and love and the man is gone
He makes all things new
He makes all things new
He makes all things new
Jesus is the first word and the last
He'll make it new
When the pain is still so real
Cause of lies that we've believed
But livin' in sewers is not where a child of the King should be
Cause He made all things new
He made all things new
He made all things new
Jesus is the first word and the last
Of all things new
